Our Story
David & Kathy Monaco started Encore Catering over 30 years ago. At the time, we owned and operated a small diner that served breakfast & lunch. After selling our diner, we started Encore Catering from our home, offering catering services to small parties for various occasions. We moved to a small facility and, over the years, grew our business. Our main focus became providing meals for childcare centers, dinner programs for various Summer Camps, Adult Day Care Centers, & Senior congregate dining programs.
We have recently moved to a state-of-the-art, 3500 square foot facility that provides us with the ability to better service our customers and also gives us the ability to expand our customer base.
We are a second-generation family-run business with our two sons. The four of us run the day-to-day operations of the kitchen and office.
Our Mission
Our mission has always been to provide our customers with quality meals and also to provide our customers with the highest quality of service. We strive to be available to all of our customers for any questions or concerns that they may have. Our mission has also been to provide the highest quality meals, no matter what the occasion. Every meal that we prepare is made from scratch, and we only use the finest ingredients, always fresh, never from a box.
